Content Submission Guidelines

These Content Submission Guidelines apply to all users submitting original content to Prankster101 Productions Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”) through the Prankster101 Productions website, platform, or community features. By submitting content, you agree to abide by these guidelines, our Terms and Conditions, and our forthcoming Community Guidelines.
1. General Expectations
We aim to cultivate a high-quality, respectful, and creative platform for contributors and readers. Before submitting, please ensure your content adheres to the following:

Be Original: All submitted content must be 100% original and human-written. Plagiarism or republishing of third-party content is strictly prohibited.

No AI-Generated Content: Submissions generated or significantly assisted by AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Claude, etc.) are not allowed unless explicitly authorised in writing. Detection may result in account suspension or termination.

Engage the Reader: We favour strong storytelling, insightful analysis, and entertaining perspectives. Your work should reflect quality, effort, and a clear voice.

Respect the Rules: Do not submit anything illegal, defamatory, hateful, pornographic, or otherwise inappropriate.

Acceptable Content: Submissions may include original writing, discussions, or media (including images) that comply with these guidelines. Excessive self-promotion, spam, or irrelevant advertising is prohibited.
Uploads (including images) are subject to reasonable limits to maintain site performance and community focus.
2. Technical Requirements
Each post must meet the following criteria before it will be reviewed or published:

Title: 10 to 150 characters.

Description (main body): 100 to 25,000 words.

Images: Up to 50 high-quality images (longform contributors may request higher limits).

Featured Image: One high-resolution featured image is mandatory.

Category: At least one category must be selected.

Subcategory: At least one subcategory must be selected.

Image Ownership: You must either own or have obtained valid rights to all uploaded images.
3. Content Ownership and Rights

You retain full copyright of all original material you submit.

By submitting, you grant Prankster101 Productions Ltd a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to publish, edit, reproduce, distribute, and repurpose your content across our platform and any affiliated editorial, promotional, or commercial media (including magazines and compilations).

You may request removal of your content in writing. However, we reserve the right to retain archival copies or continue to display derivative works already in circulation.
4. Prohibited Content
We have a zero-tolerance policy for the following:

Nudity, pornography, or sexual content.

Graphic violence or promotion of violence.

Hate speech, racism, or discriminatory language.
-
Invasion of privacy or doxxing.
-
Unlicensed or plagiarised content (outside of fair dealing), or AI-generated work.

Spam, clickbait, or deceptive practices.

Unverifiable claims or misinformation.
Violations will result in content removal and potential account suspension or termination, at our sole discretion.
5. Use of Third-Party Material (Fair Dealing)
We allow the use of limited third-party material under the UK’s fair dealing exceptions for purposes such as criticism, review, quotation, news reporting, and parody. All such uses must:

Be appropriately credited and attributed.

Be necessary and proportionate to the purpose (e.g., only quote what’s needed).

Not compete with or substitute the original work.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of third-party material qualifies as fair dealing under UK law. Submissions that misuse copyrighted material or exceed legal limits may be rejected or removed.
6. Editorial Review Process
All submitted content is subject to review. We may:

Edit your submission for clarity, grammar, style, or formatting.

Add editorial notes or disclaimers where needed.

Decline publication without providing specific feedback.

Remove content retroactively if it later violates our guidelines or Terms.
We aim to maintain a high editorial standard while respecting your voice and originality.
Members can also use the “Report” function to flag content that they believe violates these guidelines, helping us maintain a safe and high-quality community.
7. Responsibilities of the Contributor
By submitting content, you confirm that:

You are the sole creator and rights-holder of all text and media included.

Your submission does not infringe on any third-party copyrights or trademarks.

You have read, understood, and agreed to our Terms and Conditions.

You agree to abide by our forthcoming Community Guidelines, which cover respectful behaviour in comments and forums.
8. Posting Limits
To ensure quality over quantity, some limits may apply to the number of posts, comments, and uploads per day. These limits are in place to maintain community focus, improve performance, and encourage thoughtful participation.
9. Consequences of Violations
Failure to comply with these guidelines or our Terms may result in:

Removal of the submitted content.

Warnings or editorial rejection.

Suspension or permanent termination of your user account.

Revocation of membership privileges (if applicable).
We reserve the right to take action without notice, especially in cases of repeated or severe breaches.
