- How Old Do I Need To Be In Order To Become A Member?
You need to be at least 18 years of age in order to become a member. If you are under 18 years of age, you cannot become a member. - What Is The Membership Period?
Your membership period is 12 months and will automatically renew after 12 months. The annual fee will be automatically charged using the details provided by you when you first joined. - How Soon Can I Access My Membership Benefits?
It can take up to 30 mins for you to receive your membership welcome email. Once you have this, you will then be able to claim your benefits as a member. - Can I Cancel My Membership And Get A Refund?
If you wish to cancel, then please contact us. However, all refunds will incur a £10 admin fee. All criteria below must also be satisfied in order to be eligible for a refund:
- Refund request has been made within 14 days from signing up.*
- Refund request is for your first payment, not a recurring fee.
