Physical Goods Returns

  • You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us via our Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return. Returns must be approved before sending the item back.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and with all packaging intact.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return postage and must ensure items are securely packed. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot accept liability for lost or damaged returns.
  • Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • We do not accept returns on items that are returned to us damaged, altered, or incomplete.
  • All digital goods or services sold on our website – including unlockable content and digital codes – are final and non-refundable.

Refunds for Physical Goods

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Membership Refunds and Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel your membership, please contact us.
  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of signing up and only apply to your first payment, not recurring fees.
  • All refunds will incur a £10 administration fee.
  • Refund eligibility is based on the agreement and acknowledgment you made at the time of subscription purchase.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately via our Contact Us page with your order details and a description of the problem. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
