In Episode 39, I interview Darren Wall of Read Only Memory - a book publisher that was founded in 2012 on the basis of documenting videogame history. Since then, the publisher has published four books, with The Bitmap Brothers: Universe coming out only recently. We talk about it, as well as what inspired Darren to go down the road of realising his pet project. We also talk about Read Only Memory's previous books - such as Sensible Software 1986-1999, Sega Mega Drive/Genesis Collected Works, and BritSoft: An Oral History. All of this and more, including what the future holds for Darren Wall and his company.
